Ruby and Shane first met in high school, being in the same classes from year 7 thru year 10. It wasn’t until after a few years of friendship their relationship turned into something more. This is how all good stories start.
What a glorious day – from sun up to sun down, capturing their wedding day was an absolute joy and great experience and I’m so thrilled to finally release their short film.
This wedding had all the ingredients for a stellar day… their entire celebration was at one of my favourite places, Tindarra Resort – every time I visit Vanessa and the team it’s like I’m going to my second home and seeing my favourite people. Working alongside Monica from Love by Shae – always a fun time had – we floated between both Ruby + Shane’s preparations as they spent time with their amazing bridal party and family eagerly awaiting the day that follows.
Makeup superstar Sarah May Collins and Bec from Mint Me Salon were pampering the ladies on our arrival. As Ruby slipped into her gorgeous gown complimented by blooms by Wallingford Flowers, excitement was high and after a few sips of champagne, it was time to make her grand arrival to the ceremony, overlooking the picturesque Murray River.
The ever lovely Jane Welch officiated such a heartfelt and beautiful ceremony, officially uniting Ruby + Shane together as husband and wife. As guests enjoyed the surrounds of Tindarra Resort and feasting on a stellar grazing table, we headed to downtown Echuca for some snaps with the newlyweds and their bridal party – lots of laughs and fun times.
After the most spectacular sunset, guests partied on long into the night with the musical talents of Luke Owens Music – what a ripper day!
Thanks so much, Ruby + Shane for such a great day!
