Jo + Stan first met each other at an engagement party although they didn’t actually meet or talk that night. Stan played basketball with Jo’s future brother in law, and immediately caught her eye – quizzing her sister the next day who was the tall guy at the celebration. A few days later, Jo was walking into the shopping mall and walked past Stan and his mate who were leaving at the time. Jo smiled at the boys but Stan completely ignored her. Thinking that was it and nothing would eventuate, Jo later arrived home and realised she had a private Facebook message from Stan.

This is where it all began.

Their wedding was such a chilled out, loved-up and stress free day. How every wedding day should be. Kicking things off with preparations, Stan and the boys were literally chillin’ and ironing on my arrival – before suiting up in their Peter Jackson suits. Ditto for the ladies, arriving at their cosy airbnb, with hair and makeup finishing up promptly (Skye Hair Stylist + Gabby Manners MUA). Jo was absolutely stunning in her Raffaele Ciuca Bridal gown, with amazing florals by North St.

Family and friends excitedly arrived at Glasshaus for a ceremony which will long be remembered. What an absolute legend Nat Sproal is – the ceremony was filled with humour, love and laugh-out-loud moments as Jo + Stan exchanged their ninja vows and said ‘i do’ – surrounded by those who matter most to them.

Working alongside Anna from Lulu and Lime – what a treat and a half. So talented, so spunky and easy going and fun. What a great day it was as we scoured the backstreets of Preston, popped champagne, and stopped in at Kenny Lover for some ice cream goodness (side note: every wedding should have ice cream).

The party was non stop at Stray Neighbour – these guys really know how to rip up a dance floor with DJ Obliveus at the helm.

Thanks for having me legends!
