The story of Liz and Hamon began back in 2012 when they were both working at the Parkview Hotel.
Hamon had been there for some time when Liz returned to work after completing her teaching course and moving back from Italy. It was safe to say Hamon was enamoured with the “new girl” straight away, even telling a colleague he was going to marry her one day.
What a start to their story, and I’m thrilled to finally release their short film – which they were both super lucky to win as part of our Valley Loves Wedding Fair giveaway at the end of last year… it couldn’t have gone to a more lovely, easy going and wonderful couple.
Working alongside the talented Kyra Boyer, we started at the Yarra Valley Grand Hotel where Liz and her bride tribe were getting ready for the day ahead. Final touches of hair and makeup were being completed on our arrival (by Heather Woll Makeup Artist) before it was time for Liz to slip into her exquisite Sarah Joseph Couture dress, with florals by North St Botanical.
Arriving at their ceremony + reception location, the views and landscape were absolutely spectacular… Massaros is a stunning place to exchange your ‘i dos’ surrounded by the majestic valley views. Georgia Mills Marriage Celebrant officiated a loved up ceremony – you couldn’t wipe the smiles from either Liz + Hamon’s faces throughout.
We were treated to a spectacular sunset which filled up their wedding film with so many golden moments captured – both Liz + Hamon were completely natural and candid and simply in love which radiated throughout the day. Family and friends celebrated long into the night, dancing under the stars.
Thanks so much, Liz + Hamon for a great day.
